Its molecule contains one oxygen and two hydrogen atoms connected by covalent bonds. The formula H2O tells us that one molecule of water is comprised of 2 atoms of hydrogen and one atom of oxygen bonded together. Water is the only pure substance found naturally in all three states of matter: solid; liquid and gas.

Water plays a major role in our life.    It is a fundamental part of our lives and we are made up of 65-75of water so that means that water plays a major part in our make up and body function. The important thing is that all the minerals that are necessary for the humans well-being are kept in the water.  Earth needs water to live and grow and we drink it, wash in it, cook with it, swim in it and generally take it for granted. Drinking water helps prevent muscle cramps and lubricate joints in the body,  our bodies are 6575water and the earth is 70covered by water. Most people do not drink enough pure water.  Adults need about 3 quarts daily, and more if one does physical labor or vigorous exercise, and perhaps more if one lives in a dry or desert climate. I think water should be taken regularly during the day to enable the body to function well. All adults must drink at least 3 quarts of water daily, with no exceptions.  It you are over about 250 pounds, you may need more.

Water is a wonderful thing. If you get good water, it has a nice clean refreshing taste.     Everybody knows that water is very important for a well being but practically we drink too much coffee, tea, and sodas containing caffeine,  If you don’t drink enough you are at risk for dehydration which is not fun.  Water helps the blood transport oxygen and other essential nutrients to your cells. Drinking water helps you avoid the calories of other drinks.

METHOD OF TREATMENT    1. As you wake up in the morning before brushing teeth, drink 4 x 160ml glasses of water 2. Brush and clean the mouth but do not eat or drink anything for 45 minutes 3. After 45 minutes you may eat and drink as normal.   4. After 15 minutes of breakfast, lunch and dinner do not eat or drink anything for 2 hours 5. Those who are old or sick and are unable to drink 4 glasses of water at the beginning may commence by taking little water and gradually increase it to 4 glasses per day.
